Discovering the bounty of Moroccan gastronomy
Cooking classes at the Domaine Malika (Arabic/English, Arabic/French), are for anyone (beginners included) who wants to discover the pleasures of the Moroccan table, and learn about one of the finest cuisines in the world.
The workshops led by Fouzia are exclusive to the guests of the Domaine Malika, and are held on the hotel grounds, in small groups of no more than 4 people, with equipment that can be found in the simplest kitchen.
A half-day workshop will teach participants to prepare a choice of either a starter and main course, or a starter and dessert.
At the end of each workshop, participants relax around the table, tasting the dishes they have prepared and enjoying the unique ambiance of the workshop.
